Serving your every need
Whether you want to speak with a personal injury attorney, or seek legal advice about a workers' compensation claim, we can help. Hoffman DiMuzio offers services in the following areas:
Understanding the fees
At Hoffman DiMuzio, fees are reasonable and competitive. Attorneys provide you with an estimate of the total fees for your case before any hourly work is performed. FOR PERSONAL INJURY CASES, THE FIRM IS PAID ONLY IF THERE IS RECOVERY OF A MONETARY SETTLEMENT OR AWARD.
We also offer free consultations for personal injury claims, workers' compensation claims, social security disability benefits claims, and bankruptcy as well as municipal court and criminal matters. For all other legal matters there is a consultation fee, but if the firm is retained to do additional legal work, the client receives credit for the monies paid toward the retainer fee.
